There are current temporary border closures which will not allow shipments to the following destinations:


All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, within 2 business days. All Australian orders will automatically come with tracking regardless of Standard or Express shipping. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse right through to its delivery, you can track it right to your door! Happy Skin Co does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

Happy Skin Co will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Happy Skin Co is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs of delayed shipping product availability.

If you are customer outside of Australia, New Zealand and The United States of America, you may incur an additional shipping fee as you are not within a serviceable region for us. Depending on your shipping location and the associated cost of sending your order, we may contact you via email to advise the additional cost of shipping. If this additional cost is approved by you, we will email you the additional invoice. Your order will not be dispatched from our warehouse until the fee has been agreed and paid.
If you are a customer outside of Australia, New Zealand, The United States of America and Canada, shipping costs, duties and taxes and/or custom fees will not be covered by Happy Skin Co for replacement products under our 12 month warranty, or any shipments that have been lost or damaged in transit.
An invoice will be sent through to you to cover the shipping cost. Any additional customs fees are to be paid to the courier prior to receiving your shipment.
